Breast Cancer Awareness Day
On 12th October 2025, our hospital joined the global call for breast-health awareness by observing Breast Cancer Awareness Day under the 2025 theme “Every Story is Unique, Every Journey Matters.” Led by Dr. Shanmugaraj and his team, the hospital organized a comprehensive awareness programme that included an informative session by Dr. Vineeth Mathew John, focusing on early detection, breast self-examination, warning signs, and the importance of timely medical consultation. The event was further strengthened by the active participation of students from Mar Thoma College, who contributed to the engagement and outreach of the programme. As part of the day’s activities, a breast-health quiz was also conducted to reinforce key messages and encourage better understanding among participants. Through these combined efforts, our hospital aimed to empower individuals with accurate knowledge, promote proactive health practices, and reaffirm our commitment to early detection, supportive care, and compassionate treatment — because every journey is different, and every story truly matters.
